<p>For Showpony Founder and Global CEO Stephanie Mason, making a difference in the industry and running a successful global brand was her dream from the very beginning.</p>



<p>Known for her unique ability to thrive under pressure, Stephanie spent the first few years of business travelling across Australia to build the business one salon relationship at a time.</p>



<p>With an unwavering focus on providing outstanding quality, expert education, conscious sustainability, and high-profile collaborations, Stephanie has pioneered Showpony to become a new movement in hair extensions and an essential tool of transformation in every salon business.</p>



<p>“This year has been huge for the company, and it feels like we are only just getting started, “Stephanie said.</p>



<p>“Since 2020, we’ve launched into 13 countries, introduced all-new 26” lengths in two different methods, expanded on our current collections with new colours and techniques, delivered many online and in-person education events, featured on international Fashion Week runways, it’s been non-stop and I’m so grateful.”</p>

<p>“For many years, it was difficult and there were many moments when I thought I was not going to get there. This brand documentary highlights where it all began, the ups and downs, and the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to create a premium product that I am now so proud to be sharing with the world.”</p>



<p>“As a model in my younger years, I became acutely aware of the lack of quality hair extension products available within the hair and beauty industry. A few synthetic clip-in and lower-grade human hair products were being produced, but most of these products were made from cheap materials and were difficult to blend naturally.”</p>



<p>Showpony offers a unique blend of ethically sourced Remy A+ human hair, backed by a quality assurance process, premium colour selection, innovative consultation tools, knowledgeable marketing support, and world-class education programs.</p>



<p>“Our goal is to continue to partner with salons and stylists around the world to help grow their own businesses, enhance their in-salon service offerings, and wow their clientele with incredible transformations using hair extensions,” Stephanie said.</p>
